Okemo Mountain Resort has an opening for a seasoned Sales and Marketing Director for the South Face Village at Okemo, a new high-end ski-on/ski-off real estate development project located in a new area of Okemo Mountain Resort. This position will be responsible for all aspects of developing a sales and marketing program for South Face Village at Okemo. The candidate will be responsible for marketing materials, staffing, developing and maintaining a CRM system, contract management, brand alignment, advertising media, digital advertising, social media, etc. The Sales and Marketing Director will be a licensed real estate broker in Vermont or will have the ability to secure a Broker's license within eight weeks of employment. The candidate will have at least 10 years experience in up-scale resort real estate sales and marketing at a successful resort real estate project(s), from start to finish. Candidate must have ability to manage staff, outside consultants and vendors as well as ability to prepare and manage marketing and sales plans and budgets.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
